Trunk is home to a restaurant, bar, diner, function rooms and the biggest beer garden in Melbourne’s CBD. The problem was that most customers and the wider public considered these spaces to be separate venues.
A new website presented the opportunity to tell the entire Trunk story as one. By bringing together its various offerings, a new site could demonstrate its scope and help promote its lesser known services such as hosting conferences.
Our solution was to connect the spaces through videos taken from both the air on a drone and within Trunk’s spaces. We also produced a photoshoot with Tom Blachford and Kate Ballis which gave a sense of this venue’s lively atmosphere and delicious food.
This imagery was used on a newly designed website which is responsive, tells the Trunk story simply and incorporates existing brand elements. With a history dating back to 1859, Trunk now looks better than ever in the digital age.
