The principles of design at play in a property brand
Bordered by leafy streets, located adjacent to Canterbury Gardens, and with its own vertical greenery, the brand of Norfolk Park was inspired by the soft hues of nature. At the same time, the brand needed to reflect the prestigious Surrey Hills location.
For our hero brochure, we structured the story of this project around the principles of design itself, as reflected in the fine architecture by Ascui & Co. Through a series of still life images, evocative photography and engaging copywriting, we were able to build a picture of Norfolk Park through its exterior and interior design, landscaping and local lifestyle.
Launched in July 2015, Norfolk Park garnered great attention in this tightly held part of Melbourne. Impressive sales of 40% just two weeks into the marketing campaign is indicative of the dedication behind the project team and the impact of one of our favourite property brands.
