Five years after we rolled out a new brand for Flinders Hotel, an iconic destination on the Mornington Peninsula, we were asked to update their digital presence.
The chance to work on the second generation of their website meant we could use newer technology, including responsive design and updated booking systems.
It also gave us the chance to use the studio’s drone to capture the stunning shoreline and countryside around the hotel. This video footage is featured alongside new photography we art directed to reflect the sophisticated yet casual charm of the brand.
As the hotel offers a range of accommodation, dining and function spaces, we designed a new site structure which now clearly directs users to each relevant section. The website also allows Flinders Hotel to easily update its regular events, take reservations and incorporate social media.
Launching in time for the busy summer season, we were happy to hear the new website has successfully engaged more users. We’re also happy to continue working with one of our favourite clients.
